I teach Somatic Movement Classes at Community Well in Donabate, North Co. Dublin. Generally these run in block of 4 weeks. 

These classes are a great way to start exploring Somatics. Over 4 weeks you will learn:

How and why your muscles get tight and sore and what to do about it.

How to use Somatics Movements to release and relax your entire body.

How to combine different Somatic Movements and create a personal practice and more.

Schedule for 4 Week Blocks

Week 1: Relax you Back.

Week 2: Free your Front.

Week 3: Side Bend and Twist.

Week 4: Improve Walking.
